We look forward to growing the support in 2019,” says Michael Meyer, Managing Director Stillwater Sports. “The FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN is a special and fun event to be a part of,” says Suzaan Potgieter, Die Burger Kinderfonds Coordinator. “The event is a great tourism opportunity for Cape Town, it is fun and it places a strong focus on charity support. Die Burger and the FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN have one very important aspect in common: Cape Town! We love how the event connects different people – whether you are running professionally, for the fun or just to enjoy it. It is also a beautiful race. What is more iconic than having Table Mountain as your view during a race?” “Die Burger Kinderfonds supports organisations and communities where children are less fortunate,” continues Potgieter. “These organisations include ACVV (Afrikaanse Christelike Vroue Vereniginig), Badisa and the Western Cape Educational Department to mention just a few. We are proud to be a charity of the FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN. The donation received in 2018 helped us to reach our targets and make a difference in the lives of so many children.
