Battle lines will be drawn and knives sharpened for an intense culinary cook-off at HOSTEX 2015 as 20 top chefs battle it out in the sizzling Plate to Win competition, which will see over R20 000 being won by the top three contestants.

From 15 to 18 March 2015, Unilever Food Solutions will be challenging 20 hand-picked chefs from Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg to an action-packed mystery basket competition. With daily cook-offs in four rounds of hotly contested action, contestants will be eliminated based on the innovative dishes they plate for esteemed judges. By Day Four on Wednesday 18 March 2015 only five contestants will remain standing in the battle for the first prize of R 10 000, second prize of R 7 000 and R5 000 third prize.

A long-time exhibitor at Hostex, Unilever Food Solutions will once again proudly be presenting the culinary creations through their range of innovative professional ingredients. With a double-story stand featuring a live-feed across Hall 1 and visitors seating, the Unilever Food Solutions stand will undoubtedly be a hive of activity.
