Planning meals in light of lockdown have become a tad more difficult with many either losing jobs or settling for drastically reduced salaries. Easy and Inexpensive Dinner Recipes 

  • Green Pepper, Stuffed with Mince and Cheese. For a quick and easy to prepare yet inexpensive meal that is nutritious and delicious, try out the stuffed green pepper. All you need are green peppers, steak mince and cheese. Cut green peppers in half and clean them out. Cook mince separately in a pan and add some Knorr cook-in sauce of your choice. When the mince is cooked, dish it into the green pepper, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven on the grill setting to allow the cheese to melt. A side serving of Knorr roasted vegetables will more than do the trick.
  • BBQ Chicken is one of the fastest and inexpensive recipes to make. Simply marinate a full chicken with Knorr BBQ seasoning, garlic, salt and a touch of rosemary and allow to bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Add some green salad and freshly baked rolls for a succulent dinner. 
  • Pasta Alfredo remains a big hit with the little ones and gives mom the time she needs to concentrate on other tasks because of its quick preparation time. Simply boil up your pasta, prepare white sauce separately with Knorr herbs and add Knorr pasta sauce for added flavour and creaminess. 
  • Steak, Green Pepper and Corn Stir-fry. This recipe is super easy and cheap to make. Fry steak, onion, garlic, green pepper, corn and parsley together in a frying pan. Add some soy sauce and Chinese noodles and you’ve got yourself some scrumptious dinner.
