The visitor centre has a new pairing experience that we’re excited to share with you. Time your next visit to Bonnievale to try the combination of wine and marshmallows.

They make a surprisingly good partnership. The pairing is on offer during Easter, from March 29 to April 1; and, during the school holidays, from April 23 to May 1.

At R55 per person, the pairings include:
The Vale Cinsault Rosé Brut paired with a marshmallow flavoured with strawberry and szechuan pepper;

• River Collection Sauvignon Blanc, with granadilla;
• River Collection Chardonnay, with lemon cheesecake;
• River Collection Chenin Blanc, with pineapple; and
• River Collection Sweet Shiraz, with Mexican chocolate.
