If you are an aspiring chef, then enter the Cook with Kenwood cooking competition – in partnership with Capsicum Culinary Studio – and win a Capsicum cooking course and Kenwood products.
All you have to do is log into https://shopkenwood.co.za/, fill in your details and upload a 30-second video of your best dish (either sweet or savoury) and select either the Pretoria or Rosebank campus where you would like to cook your winning dish if you are shortlisted.
Entries close on September 15 and the top 40 participants will be chosen by September 20. There will be a cook-off event for the chosen finalists at the Rosebank campus on October 8 and at the Pretoria campus on October 15. Two winners will be selected at each campus.
The four winning chefs will win a gift voucher for a cooking course of their choice from the Capsicum online shop along with Kenwood products including a KVL8482s Stand Mixer and bragging rights as the first ever winners of Gauteng Edition: Cook with Kenwood in partnership with Capsicum.
Capsicum Culinary Studio has partnered with Lobster Ink, the food and hospitality industry’s training partner of choice to offer a selection of courses which makes use of detailed high-definition video content, delivered through their enterprise-class learning platform and used by some of the world’s finest restaurants and hospitality establishments.
