Jacobs is proud to announce the launch of their Barista Editions capsules*, a new addition to their Jacobs Barista Editions range. Together with the popular Jacobs Barista beans, the capsules aim to create the out of home coffee experience to the consumer in the comfort of their own home.
“When it comes to purchasing coffee in a restaurant or at a dedicated coffee chain, consumers often look to create the same experience during their downtime. The Jacobs Barista capsules offer this experience along with quality, freshness, aromatic excellence, and desired taste,” comments Matthew Dees senior brand manager for Jacobs. He says that these capsules help to craft an authentic experience and have been created with the “barista” consumer in mind.
Available in three distinct blends, Character Roast, Colombia Single Origin and Dark Roast, the Barista capsules provide choice to the at-home coffee connoisseur helping to further master their barista skills. All three blends are made with slow roasted 100% Arabica beans; to achieve their smoother, aromatic balanced coffee taste, they are roasted at a lower temperature and for longer.
- Character Roast has an intensity of 8 and is described as balanced, elegant, and sweet.
- Colombia Single Origin is lively, fruity, and tempting, with an intensity of 9.
- Dark Roast is powerful, aromatic, and intense with an intensity of 10.
“The Jacobs Barista Edition range, as with all Jacobs products, is known for its quality, its aroma, and its taste. The addition of the capsules allows for more consumers to be able to bring out their barista personalities while enjoying quality coffee at home,” comments Dees.
