Renowned for its authentic Boerebraai experience, Middelvlei Wine Estate will be serving up a specially curated Father’s Day menu designed to warm both hearts and appetites between 12pm and 3pm. Guests can look forward to a delicious three-course feast prepared with the farm’s signature flair for traditional flavours and relaxed hospitality.
The experience begins with a starter of braaied bone marrow served with chimichurri and freshly baked pot bread. For the main course, guests will indulge in a rich and hearty oxtail potjie paired with a glass of Middelvlei Pinotage, accompanied by herb stamp mielies, roasted root vegetables and a refreshing pickled red onion and cucumber salad. To round off the meal on a sweet note, dessert will feature indulgent braai pie s’mores.
The Father’s Day Boerebraai is priced at R395 per person and promises the perfect opportunity for families to gather around the table and celebrate the special father figures in their lives.
