For one night only, the captivating voice of Maxine Ceasar will fill the room. Known for her warm, expressive tone and easy stage presence, Maxine brings a mix of soul, jazz, and heartfelt storytelling, setting the perfect mood for a relaxed night out.
Dinner starts at 18:30 with a four-course menu paired with wines from Neethlingshof Estate. From salmon mousse to buttery risotto, tender char siu pork belly, and apple tarte tatin, each dish is served with a wine chosen to complement it perfectly.
