If you’re looking for a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Town Lodge Bellville is the perfect destination. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for our delightful stay.
As soon as we entered the hotel, we were greeted by Lisa, who helped us with the check-in process. The hotel manager, Liezel Vernon, made quite an impression with her phenomenal hospitality. She ensured that everything was on point, personally showing us around before taking us to our beautiful double room.

Upon entering our room, we were greeted with a lovely surprise: snacks, wine, and juice for my daughter! The room itself was spacious, pristine, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the garden. The bathrooms were equally impressive—roomy and immaculate. Each room even features a coffee station and a safe in the cupboard for added convenience.

My daughter couldn’t wait to dive into the pool, so we headed straight there. It was hard to believe we were just minutes away from the city; the peaceful ambiance made us feel like we had been transported to a serene oasis. The pool itself was gorgeous, and my daughter absolutely loved every moment spent splashing around.
A fun fact: the pool is open to the public for just R80 per person, and if you order food from the restaurant, that cost gets deducted from your bill—a fantastic deal!

While enjoying the sun by the pool, we ordered some refreshing drinks. Our lovely waiter, Shereen, made us feel incredibly welcome and checked in on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. Later, my sister and nieces joined us, and they quickly fell in love with the place as well. Everyone couldn’t stop raving about how much fun we had—and we’re all eager to come back!

After some fun in the sun, we decided to head to the hotel’s stunning Eat-in hotel restaurant. With its timeless elegance, the atmosphere was perfect for a family dinner. Our waiter, Thembalethu, was incredibly patient with us, especially with the kids. We opted for pizza and drinks. Another hit was the Amarula coffee.

Later that evening, we returned to our rooms, where we decided to do some facials and watched movies together, truly enjoying each other’s company. The next morning, we woke up to a beautiful day and decided to take a stroll in the gardens before breakfast.

Breakfast was a highlight! The buffet spread was impressive, featuring everything from yogurt and muesli to eggs, bacon, sausages, and even a dedicated gluten free table—how amazing is that? There were also delectable sweet treats and a wide variety of juices, coffees, and teas to choose from.

Overall, our time at Town Lodge Bellville was nothing short of wonderful. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a getaway or just a break from the busy routine of life. It’s affordable yet offers such a peaceful and beautiful setting.
