Wackadoo! Bluey is back – and this time, she’s bringing her little sister, Bingo! Cradlestone Mall is getting ready for a special family day out as everyone’s favourite blue heeler sisters, Bluey and Bingo, head to the mall on Saturday, 24 October.
Following the wonderful response to last year’s Bluey Meet & Greet, Cradlestone is turning up the fun with both Bluey and Bingo joining the celebrations this year. Families can meet the much-loved sisters, share a bit of Bluey magic and snap those all-important photos together.
The Bluey and Bingo Meet & Greet takes place from 12pm to 3pm at the Woolworths Lower Level, with free entry for all.
A bit of Bluey magic around every corner
Of course, no family outing is complete without a few extra treats and Cradlestone’s retailers are joining in the fun. With movie-time favourites, sweet treats, books, merchandise and pop-up experiences adding to the entertainment, families can make a day of it.
Ster-Kinekor will serve up popcorn and slushies and Bargain Books will have a selection of Bluey books and merchandise for little fans to discover. Krispy Kreme will add a sweet touch to the occasion with their much-loved doughnuts while pop-up stores and participating retailers will offer extra excitement to explore throughout the day.
For Mikaela Potgieter, Marketing Manager at Cradlestone Mall, the event is about creating an experience that families can enjoy together. “We wanted to build on the magic of last year and make this year’s experience even more special. Bluey and Bingo are characters that bring families together because their world is all about imagination, play and spending time with the people you love. Having both sisters join us this year gives families even more reason to come along, make a day of it and create a few happy memories of their own.”
Or as Bluey’s dad, Bandit, explains, “Your legs don’t get as tired when you’re having fun!”
With Bluey and Bingo ready for cuddles, photographs and plenty of family fun, Cradlestone Mall invites families to grab the kids, bring their cameras and get ready for a Saturday filled with Bluey, Bingo, treats and a whole lot of wackadoo!
