Take the stress out of planning a Valentine’s Day celebration by booking a sumptuous buffet dinner in Kiplings, at Boardwalk Hotel & Casino. Your welcome drink at 18h00 will be followed by Amuse Bouche and a delicious choice of three starters. For mains select from rich and crispy roasted pork belly, tender and juicy karoo lamb, or flavour-packed pan-roasted chicken supreme confit leg, all accompanied with perfectly paired sides. But the feast won’t be over until the desert menu arrives.
Choose a decadent pistachio opera-chocolate with pistachio sweet bread, pistachio buttercream, candied pistachio and apricot gel. For traditionalists the baklava with a nut filling and vanilla ice cream will hit the sweet spot or, opt for a lemon meringue tart with frozen berries and meringue crumble to round off the perfect meal with your loved one. After dinner pick up the pace with a trip to the casino where you could encounter lady luck before ending the perfect night out. Seats cost R550 per person.
