- Top management: 4 of 10 = 40%

- Middle management: 51 of 84 = 61%
- Junior management: 171 of 270 = 63%
- Other: 511 of 817 = 63%

A testament to this commitment is that 40% of our Board and Executive Committee are women, a figure we actively strive to increase,” reports the 2025 Annual Integrated Report.
