Heritage Day at The Maslow, Sandton
Food forms a huge part of any culture and this is especially true in South Africa, which is a melting pot of mixed heritages with 11 official languages.
The Maslow, Sandton will celebrate the wealth and diversity of our Rainbow Nation on Heritage Day, September 24, when their culinary team stages a braai to remember, complimented with freshly prepared salads and desserts.
So, whether it’s masala yoghurt marinated lamb shish, grilled sirloin or fresh linefish that you fancy, these options and more will be on the buffet, along with sides including pap and chakalaka, glazed sweet potato, creamed spinach, potato gratin and rice pilaf.
“No matter what your heritage is – Afrikaans, Indian, Pedi, Xhosa or Sotho – come and celebrate this public holiday in true warm South African style at The Maslow, Sandton,” said Herman Swart, General Manager at The Maslow.
