Valentine’s Monday (or Saturday) Celebration
Flamingo Casino is offering couples a choice as to when they want to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
“Because Valentine’s Day falls on a Monday this year, we have decided to keep the kitchen stoves burning and let couples decide if they want to celebrate on the Monday or prefer to come over the weekend,” said Francis Hegarty, Executive Sous Chef, Flamingo Casino.

Three-course dinner with welcome drink, photo booth
Share the love over a perfect pair dining experience this Valentine’s Day at Flamingo’s Harvest Grill & Wine Restaurant.
Loved ones can look forward to enjoying a three-course meal fit for two, including a welcome drink such as champagne or juice on arrival while you snap a cute picture in the photo booth.
Start the evening off with a Caprese Salad with tomato and mozzarella with basil leaves and pesto dressing, biltong and avocado topping sprinkled lightly with feta cheese.
For mains, indulge in three meats with a baked potato drizzled with garlic butter and black mushroom with cream spinach topping.
End the evening off with Cookies & Cream served with ice cream, bedded on cookie crumbs garnished with strawberry and a chocolate sauce.

Celebrate the month of love with a James Bond themed evening on Saturday, 19 February at Flamingo’s with a special buffet for two.
Couples can look forward to an enticing three course meal buffet style, including welcome drinks and live entertainment for the night.
Kickstart the evening off with a Caprese Salad with tomato and mozzarella with basil leaves and pesto dressing, biltong and avocado topping sprinkled lightly with feta cheese.
For mains, jump into two meats – chicken breast with sliced sirloin – and caramelised onions, served with savoury rice, potato bake and one hot veg.
