The Programme
· 15:00: Arrival & Welcome MCC pour, live oyster shucking station, and music.
· Canapé service begins (Smoked salmon blinis, prawn ceviche spoons, crab tartare cups).
· Music giving off an Ibiza-style beach club atmosphere.
· Dessert bites (Mini pavlova, white chocolate and lemon posset shots).
· Golden hour wind-down overlooking the 2.7 km private waterfront.
· 22:00: Event concludes.
