Join the President Hotel for a special Heritage Day celebration combining South African culture, culinary traditions and friendly competition at their Quiz Night on Wednesday, 24 September 2025 at 7pm.
The evening is set to be a fun tribute to South Africa’s rich cultural diversity, while guests enjoy authentic South African flavours and heritage-inspired drinks.
The evening’s centrepiece is a specially designed Heritage Day Grazing Board that showcases South Africa’s unique flavours. Guests will enjoy treats such as mini bunny chows, cocktail karoo lamb boerewors rolls, Cape Malay chicken skewers and more, while dessert features a rooibos & honey macaron and a peppermint crisp tart – a local favourite.
Each dish represents a different cultural thread in South Africa’s rich tapestry, making the dining experience as educational as it is delicious. At R345 per person the evening includes a Heritage Day Grazing Board and a trio of heritage-inspired drinks that complement the evening’s theme – and, of course, no quiz night is complete without amazing prizes.
