Valentine’s Day is best spent around a table, with good food and time to linger. At Morii, the evening is about candlelight, shared plates and conversation, without fuss.
The Valentine’s menu brings together seasonal dishes inspired by regional Italian cooking and shaped by the Cape. Guests are welcomed with canapés and a cocktail on arrival, followed by dishes such as Nguni beef or San Marzano tomato tartare, a palate cleanser, and generous plates for the table to share, including panzanella, patate al forno and roasted pumpkin gnocchi.
The evening concludes with raspberry, beetroot, and chocolate, followed by Italian kisses and tiramisu bonbons.
Unhurried and considered, Morii offers a relaxed and intimate way to spend Valentine’s Day together.
