Ingredients:
- 50ml Cape Town Classic Dry Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml simple syrup
- 125ml soda water
- Lemon
- Cherry for garnish
- Ice
Method:
Pour all your ingredients into a tall glass with ice and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a cherry.
So simple, even dad can do it!
