Amarula Malva Pudding with Braai Roasted Fruits
Ingredients:
For the pudding: flour, sugar, butter, eggs, milk, apricot jam, vinegar, baking soda
For the sauce: Amarula cream liqueur, cream, sugar, butter
Fresh fruits (pineapple, peaches, plums) for roasting
Instructions:
Prepare the malva pudding by mixing the ingredients and baking until golden.
Make the sauce by heating cream, sugar, butter, and Amarula until smooth.
Grill the fresh fruits until they are caramelized and slightly charred.
Serve the malva pudding warm with Amarula sauce and braai roasted fruits.
