Let Executive Chef Kerry Kilpin spoil you with a spectacular 5-course dinner of gastronomical delights to bring the stressful year to an uplifting close. First up is the goats cheese and black truffle amuse bouche to fire up the taste buds, followed by sumptuous seared tuna, a gin and tonic granita palate cleanser, and tender loin of venison. For dessert, her Manjari flexi ganache with white chocolate and rose mousse, strawberries and crème fraîche ice cream is pure decadence on a plate.
