The Negroni
Ingredients
- 1 shot Gin
- 1 shot Sweet Vermouth
- 1 shot Campari
- 2 Dashes ANGOSTURA orange bitters
- Orange zest for garnish
Method
Add the gin, sweet vermouth, Campari and orange bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well until well chilled, then strain it into an Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice. Express an orange twist over the cocktail to release its fragrant oil, then use it as garnish.
