Myths debunked, skincare and makeup tips
There are so many myths and misconceptions around beauty, and these dynamic four content creators intend to set the records straight. For example, “For some reason, some people think derma-planning or shaving makes your hair grow back thicker, which is not at all true,” said Thameenah Saint. “Having a good skincare routine is the basis for having make-up that looks amazing” said Dr Karishma Ramdev”. “Skincare and make-up should be chosen based on your skin type as not every person will achieve the same look using the same products,” she added.
Makeup and skincare tips
Shoppers can also look forward to special access to expert make up, skincare and hair tips. “If you’re someone who struggles with doing your winged liner, let me plug you with the best tip – masking tape is your best friend, explains Nabeelah Jamal. Apply the tape exactly where you’d like your liner to be and draw your wing. Even if you’d like your eyeshadow to be done in exactly that shape, this works wonders to get that sharp defined look,” she added. Lungile Thabethe shares her advice: The foundation of an amazing makeup look is vibrant, plump beautiful skin so if you’re going to invest in yourself on the beauty front, prioritize your skincare!”
